I just wanted to say thank you to Weeride!!! We bought one for our son when he turned 10 months (4 months ago) and we have had so much fun!!! It's been 4 months of solid riding every weekend!
Used it for about three years from when my son was 2 until around 5 years old.
It was much better than the seat that sits behind you as you have much more contro and balance , your child can see what's going on instead of your sweaty back and you can have great conversations with them.
I left it on for about a year even when he started using his own bike... We would go to places like Mtn bike park and when he got tired, I simply lifted him into the seat and hung his bike onto my left handle bar grip.
You give your legs a nice work out as you need to keep the bike stable when carrying kid and kiddie bike but at least you can go on fairly decent rides with the little guy and let him/ her carry on when rested.

If you are looking for a seat. I use the Weeride. Great seat. My 2 year old loves it!

Do yourself a favour and get yourself a wee ride. I had the giant one that is at the back and both my son and i hated it. i got the wee ride and he loves it. i can also interact with him alot more.

Last weekend I took my 18 month daughter for the first time on the Weeride. We loved it and I am looking forward to the next ride.

I recommend the Weeride. We have a Weeride and we are very happy with it. I can't say that I have tried the Ibert, but the Weeride does appear much more sturdy. There is several threads with comments on this. I recommend you do a search and you will see load of comments. Good luck in making your choice. BTW, the little ones love it

Weeride, all the way. The set-up just makes more sense - child is better protected between your arms, they have a good view and bike control is not significantly compromised especially on a L or XL frame. Our baby wants te get into her's everytime she sees it in the garage. The attahced pic is from her first test ride in our complex - shortly after the lid was put on and even that was accepted without a fuss.
